• Refunds and Cancellation •
Refunds are only available during the first 60 days after the payment has been delivered and if you haven't received your concept sketch.Refunds for other reasons require the consent of both parties, meaning that if you want a refund after you've received a concept sketch,I will have to agree to it. I will keep what I have earned (i.e. If you ordered a shaded fullbody and I was in the middle of coloring- you will receive the net payment for shading, as I will finish coloring the piece).I may ask to refund your money and send you what I have completed of the commission if, for whatever reason, I can't complete it.Refunds on completed commissions are not availableBy paying the invoice, you agree you will not demand a refund after the 60 day return window or if you have been sent a concept sketch. By paying the invoice, you agree you will not demand a refund after the commission has been completed and sent to you.I would prefer you not pay through credit card, though if you do, you agree you will not issue a chargeback. Chargebacks will result in being put on my blacklist.
• Rights and Distribution •
My Rights and Ownership as the Artist:I can use my artwork in portfolios, post them online, and/or use them for whatever personal reason I'd like so long as I am not making extra profit (other than what you're paying me to draw) off of your character(s).==I can refuse any commission offers without reason.==I own the artwork. It is literally my work. Although it may feature your character(s), that does not give you the right to sell the artwork or anything featuring the artwork (merchandise, etc.), just like I don't have the right to sell anything featuring your character(s)- because they are not my character(s) even though the artwork itself is mine.
Your Rights and OwnershipYou are free to use the artwork for personal, not profitable efforts without my permission. You are allowed to repost the work, print it on T-shirts, bags, etc., but I ask that it is for personal (non-profitable) use only.If you post the artwork, please credit me either in the post or after being asked about the artist, DO NOT take credit for the artwork.If you edit the image, I ask you that changes remain surface level (colors, saturation, effects, addition of decorative stickers) and don't interfere with the line-art.You MAY NOT remove, cover, or obscure my watermark or signature. I will most likely move the watermark/signature if you dislike its placement in the image.The character(s) featured in the piece belong to their owners, and I will not use the characters for anything other than the piece you commission me to draw without permission. I will not sell the characters you own, nor sell art depicting the characters you own unless they are voluntarily offered up by their you (their owner).
• Your Privacy •
I technically do gather data based off of what you fill in the order form and what PayPal fills out for me upon payment. However, none of this is, without provocation, will be published and never sold or used outside of our current transaction (except as evidence if you scam me).I merely keep the information as record of the orders and to use as evidence of purchase and delivery should I need it.
• What I collect •
Your commission order details (type of commission, amount due, date started and date completed, etc.)email address to send the final product to, and (if the email address differs from the former) the email address that will send payment on PayPal.The only time your personal info would be published (to PayPal specifically) is if you try to scam me, as I would need to use it for proof of purchase and the emails as proof of purchase nd the emails as proof of purchase and delivery. If you scam me, you will be blacklisted immediately.
